HotelRunner's reporting capabilities empower you to gain deep insights into your hotel's performance and make data-driven decisions. You can generate custom reports to analyze specific KPIs, compare performance over different periods, and uncover valuable trends.

Accessing the Reporting Tools

  • Navigate to Reporting Section: From your HotelRunner dashboard, navigate to the "Reporting & Analytics" section, typically found in the left-hand menu.
  • Select Report Type: Choose the type of report you want to generate. HotelRunner offers a wide range of reports, including:
  • Occupancy Reports: Analyze occupancy rates over different time periods and by room type.
  • Revenue Reports: Generate reports on total revenue, room revenue, and revenue from different channels.
  • Guest Reports: Track guest demographics, booking patterns, and guest satisfaction.

Creating a Custom Report

  • Start with a Template: HotelRunner provides pre-defined report templates for quick access to common data points.

  • Chart and Graph Options: HotelRunner offers various visualization options to create custom charts and graphs:
