  • Ship the product back to the address provided in the return authorization.
  • Refund Processing

    Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The funds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

    Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping charges unless the return is due to a Musely error.
