Welcome to Ovvio's task management guide. This article will help you understand how to create, assign, and track tasks effectively within Ovvio.
Creating a Task
- Click on the 'New Task' button located in your dashboard.
- Enter the task name and any relevant details.
- Set a due date by clicking on the calendar icon.
- Click 'Save' to create your task.
Assigning a Task
- Open the task you wish to assign.
- Click on the 'Assignee' field.
- Select the team member you want to assign the task to.
- Click 'Assign' to update the task.
Tracking Task Progress
- Go to the 'Tasks' section in your dashboard.
- Use the filters to view tasks by status, assignee, or due date.
- Click on any task to view detailed progress and updates.
- Use the 'Complete' button to mark a task as done once it's finished.
