Create Your First Chatbot

Welcome to Blip! Creating a chatbot is a powerful way to enhance customer interactions, streamline processes, and provide instant support. In this guide, we'll walk you through the simple steps to create your first chatbot on the Blip platform.

Step 1: Sign Up or Log In to Blip

  • Visit  Blip .
  • If you're new, click "Sign Up" to create an account. Existing users can simply log in.

Step 2: Navigate to the Chatbot Creation Dashboard

  • Once logged in, head over to the "Chatbots" section from your dashboard.
  • Click on "Create New Chatbot" to start building your bot.

Step 3: Choose a Template or Start from Scratch

  • Blip offers various templates to get you started. Select a template that suits your needs.
  • Alternatively, choose "Start from Scratch" to build a customized chatbot from the ground up.

Step 4: Define Your Chatbot’s Purpose

  • Decide on the main function of your chatbot (e.g., customer support, lead generation, etc.).
  • Enter a name and brief description for your chatbot to keep your project organized.

Step 5: Design the Chat Flow

  • Use Blip's drag-and-drop interface to design the conversation flow.
  • Add nodes to define how the chatbot interacts with users, such as greeting messages, questions, and responses.

Step 6: Test Your Chatbot

  • Once your chatbot is set up, click "Test" to run through a simulated conversation.
  • Make adjustments as needed to improve the user experience.

Step 7: Deploy Your Chatbot

  • After testing, click "Deploy" to make your chatbot live.
  • Choose where you'd like your chatbot to be available, such as your website, social media, or messaging apps.

Step 8: Monitor and Improve

  • Monitor your chatbot’s performance through Blip’s analytics tools.
  • Continuously improve your bot by updating the conversation flow based on user interactions.
