Checking Your Hanni Order Status

Once you've placed an order with Hanni, you can easily track its progress and check its current status. This guide outlines the steps to monitor your order's journey from placement to delivery.

Tracking Your Order

  • Locate Your Order Confirmation Email: After placing your order, check your inbox for an email confirmation from Hanni. This email will contain your order number, a summary of your purchase, and, importantly, a link to track your order.
  • Click the Tracking Link: The order confirmation email usually contains a dedicated link or button that says "Track Your Order," "View Order Status," or something similar. Click this link to access the tracking information.
  • Enter Your Order Information (if necessary): Some tracking systems require you to enter your order number or email address to access the tracking details. If prompted, provide the necessary information accurately.
  • View Your Order's Status: The tracking page will display the current status of your order. This information may include:
  • Order placement date
  • Current shipping status (e.g., "Processing," "Shipped," "Out for Delivery")
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Tracking number (allowing you to check the location of your parcel with the shipping carrier's website)
  • Use the Tracking Number (if applicable): If a tracking number is provided, you can use it to track your package directly on the shipping carrier’s website. This usually provides more detailed information and location updates.

Troubleshooting

  • No Tracking Information: If you haven't received a tracking link or if it isn't working, contact Hanni's customer support. They can provide you with the necessary information to track your package.
  • Order Status Discrepancies: If the information indicated on the tracking page differs from your expectations, contact Hanni's customer support to clarify the situation.
