Track Your Meal Village Order
Once you've placed your order, you can easily track its progress from preparation to delivery. Here's how:
Tracking Your Order
- Access Your Account: Log in to your Meal Village account using the email address and password you used during registration.
- Go to Order History: Navigate to the "Orders" or "Order History" section of your account.
- View Your Order Details: You'll see a list of your recent orders. Select the order you wish to track.
- Check Order Status: The order details page will display the current status of your order, including when it's being prepared, out for delivery, or delivered.
- Receive Delivery Updates: You'll also receive email and/or text message notifications with updates about your order throughout the delivery process.
- Contact Support: If you have any questions or need assistance with order tracking, you can reach out to our customer support team through the provided contact information.
