Pausing or Cancelling Your Meal Village Subscription
Whether you need a temporary break from your meal deliveries or wish to discontinue your subscription, Meal Village provides easy ways to pause or cancel your service.
Pausing Your Subscription
- Log In to Your Account: Go to the Meal Village website and log in using your email address and password.
- Access Subscription Settings: Navigate to the "Subscription" or "Account Settings" section of your account.
- Select "Pause Subscription": Look for the option to pause your subscription. You can choose a temporary pause period (e.g., one week, two weeks, etc.).
- Confirm Your Pause: Review the pause details and click "Confirm" to pause your subscription.
- Resume Delivery: When you're ready to resume deliveries, simply log in to your account and click the "Resume Subscription" button.
Cancelling Your Subscription
- Log In to Your Account: Go to the Meal Village website and log in.
- Access Subscription Settings: Navigate to the "Subscription" or "Account Settings" section.
- Select "Cancel Subscription": Choose the "Cancel Subscription" option and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Confirm Cancellation: Review the cancellation details and confirm your decision.
