After successfully creating your Aument account, you'll be directed to the Aument dashboard, your command center for building and managing your AI chatbot. This dashboard is designed to be user-friendly and provide you with everything you need to bring your chatbot to life.
Navigating the Dashboard
- Main Menu: The left-hand sidebar houses the main menu, providing access to key sections like "Chatbots," "Integrations," "Analytics," and "Settings."
- Chatbots: This section allows you to create, manage, and edit your AI chatbots.
- Integrations: Here you can connect your chatbot to your website or other platforms.
- Analytics: Gain insights into your chatbot's performance, user engagement, and other valuable data.
- Settings: Configure account settings, billing information, and more.
- Chatbot Overview: The central area of the dashboard will display an overview of your current chatbot projects.
- Chatbot List: This section shows a list of your created chatbots, their names, and status.
- Quick Actions: You can easily access actions like "Start Chatbot," "Edit Chatbot," or "Delete Chatbot" from here.
- Chatbot Building Interface: When you select a specific chatbot, the dashboard will transition to a dedicated building interface where you can design conversation flows, write dialogues, and train your chatbot.
- Tools and Resources: Throughout the dashboard, you'll discover various tools and resources to help you succeed.
- Help Center: Access our comprehensive Help Center to find answers to your questions.
- Knowledge Base: Explore our curated articles and guides for detailed information on Aument's features.
