User Guide: Working in Teams on Immersed

Collaborating in teams is a cornerstone feature of Immersed. This guide will provide key steps to create, join, and effectively manage teams on Immersed.

Making the Most of Team Features in Immersed

  • Step 1 - Creating a Team: Navigate to the 'Teams' section in the Immersed app. Click 'Create Team', enter a team name and invite members via email or shareable invite link.
  • Step 2 - Joining a Team: To join an existing team, click 'Join Team' and enter the Team Code provided by a team member or join via an invite link.
  • Step 3 - Workspace Sharing: In your team's workspace, click on 'Share Workspace' to let your team members see and interact with your workspace screens.
  • Step 4 - Team Communication: Use the 'Talk' button to communicate with your team members. Remember to respect one another's talking space for effective communication.
