Keeping track of your Eneba orders is easy! You can check the status of your order and its progress through our convenient tracking system.
Checking Your Order Status
- Log In to Your Account: Visit the Eneba website (www.eneba.com) and log in to your account using your email address and password.
- Access Your Order History: Once you are logged in, go to your account settings and click on the "Orders" tab.
- View Your Order Details: Click on any order you'd like to check. This will display the order details, including the status of your order.
- Track Your Order: The order status will provide you with updates about the progress of your order. The details may include:
- Pending: Your order is being processed and awaiting payment confirmation.
- Processing: Your order is being prepared for delivery.
- Delivered: Your game key has been delivered to you.
- Completed: The order is finished.
