- Screenshot or Video: If possible, attach a screenshot or short video demonstrating the issue. This helps us understand the problem better.
- Browser and Device: Specify the browser and operating system you are using.
- Order Details: If the issue is related to a specific order, include your order number.
- Live Chat: You can also report issues or bugs through Eneba's live chat support.
- Email: You can report issues or bugs via email to support@eneba.com. Include the same detailed information that you would provide through the contact form.
