Last updated August 31, 2024

At Speak English Language Institute, we want you to be confident in your decision to enroll in our courses. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we are committed to offering a fair and transparent refund policy.

Refund Eligibility and Procedures

  • Cancellation Prior to Course Start: If you cancel your enrollment before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund of your course fees, minus any non-refundable administrative charges.
  • Cancellation During the Course: If you need to withdraw from a course after it has commenced, we will consider your request for a refund on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a partial refund based on the remaining course duration and any applicable administrative fees.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Certain fees, such as registration fees and materials fees, may be non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
  • Documentation: To process a refund request, you will need to provide written documentation of your reason for withdrawal, including any supporting documentation, such as medical certificates or travel documents.
  • Refund Processing Times: Refund processing times vary depending on the payment method used. Refunds are typically processed within 10-15 business days.

Important Notes

  • No-Show Policy: Students who fail to attend the first day of the course without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Transfer Policy: If you need to transfer to a different course or schedule, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Transfer fees may apply.
  • Course Material Refunds: Refunds for course materials are generally not available, unless the materials are damaged or defective.
