Accessing the Reporting Feature:
- Navigate to the "Reports" section: Within your CredibleSoft dashboard, locate and click the "Reports" tab.
- Select a pre-built report: CredibleSoft offers a range of pre-built reports categorized by function (e.g., financial reports, sales reports, customer reports). Choose a report that aligns with your current analysis needs.
- Create a custom report: Click "Create Report" to build your own custom report. Select the data sources and fields you want to include, define filters, and choose the desired report layout.
Building Custom Reports:
- Define your objectives: Clearly articulate the purpose of your report and the specific data you want to analyze.
- Select data sources: Choose the relevant databases and tables to pull data from, including your ERP system, CRM, and other integrated applications.
- Define filters and parameters: Specify criteria to narrow down the data you want to analyze. For example, filter by date range, customer segment, or product category.
- Select metrics and fields: Choose the specific data points you want to analyze, such as sales revenue, customer churn rate, or inventory levels.
- Visualize your data: Choose chart types to represent the data in a clear and easy-to-understand manner, such as bar graphs, pie charts, line graphs, or scatter plots.
