 If you haven't already, start by creating a free account on the Pieter Pot website. Simply enter your email address, choose a password, and click "Create Account."

 Explore our diverse range of sustainable groceries, including fresh produce, staples, pantry items, and more. Use the search bar or browse by category to find what you need. You can also filter products based on dietary preferences (vegetarian, vegan, etc.) and sustainability criteria.

 Once you've gathered your desired products, you can customize your subscription frequency. Decide whether you want to receive your order weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. You have the flexibility to change this frequency at any time.

  Enter your delivery address and ensure it's accurate. You can even create multiple delivery addresses for different locations.

 Before proceeding, review your cart to confirm the quantity, products, and delivery details. Ensure everything is to your satisfaction.

  Choose your preferred payment method – credit card, debit card, or other options provided. Enter your payment information and confirm your order.

 Sit back and relax! You will receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery time. Track your order progress in your account dashboard.

Placing an Order

Your Pieter Pot subscription is designed to provide you with consistent access to sustainable groceries, delivered right to your doorstep. But we understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may need to make changes to your subscription from time to time. Here's how to manage your subscription effortlessly:

  Need to take a break from your deliveries? No problem! You can easily pause your subscription for a specific period. Simply log in to your account, navigate to your subscription details, and choose the "Pause" option.

 Planning a trip or simply want to skip a delivery? You can skip your next delivery without interrupting your subscription. Simply log in to your account, navigate to your subscription details, and select the "Skip" option.

 If you decide to discontinue your subscription, you can cancel it at any time. Log in to your account, access your subscription information, and choose the "Cancel" option. You may be asked to confirm your cancellation.

 Need to adjust your delivery frequency? You can change it from weekly to bi-weekly or monthly based on your needs.  Log in to your account, go to your subscription settings, and select the desired frequency.

  Moving to a new place? Update your delivery address in your account settings to ensure your orders are delivered to the right location.

Managing your Subscription

Once you've placed your order, you'll want to know when you can expect those delicious groceries to arrive.  We make tracking your delivery simple and convenient! Here's how to stay informed every step of the way:

 After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email outlining your order details, including an estimated delivery date and time.

 Log in to your Pieter Pot account and navigate to the "Orders" section. You'll find a list of your past and current orders. Click on the specific order you want to track to view its status.

 The order status will be updated automatically, providing clear insights into the progress of your delivery. You'll see details such as "Order Confirmed," "Shipped," "Out for Delivery," and "Delivered."

 For added convenience, you can opt to receive email or SMS notifications for important updates related to your delivery. Simply adjust your notification preferences in your account settings.
