Effective scheduling and assignment of inspections are crucial for ensuring timely and thorough safety evaluations. SafetyCulture provides tools for managing inspection schedules and assigning tasks to the appropriate team members, optimizing your workflow and enhancing efficiency.

Scheduling Inspections

  • Access the Inspection Calendar: Navigate to the "Inspections" section in your SafetyCulture dashboard and select the "Calendar" view.
  • Create a New Inspection: Click on the "Add Inspection" button or select a specific date on the calendar to create a new scheduled inspection.
  • Choose a Checklist: Select the appropriate checklist from your existing list based on the type of inspection you're scheduling.
  • Set Date and Time: Specify the desired date and time for the inspection. You can schedule inspections for recurring intervals (e.g., weekly, monthly) or set specific one-time dates.
  • Assign Inspectors: Select the team members who are responsible for conducting the inspection.
  • Add Notes: Include any relevant information or instructions for the assigned inspectors.
  • Save the Schedule: Once the details are set, save the scheduled inspection.

Assigning Inspections
