Contacting Elfster Support

While Elfster makes organizing gift exchanges incredibly easy, you might encounter a few common issues.  Here's a guide to troubleshooting some of the most frequent problems:

  Make sure you're logged into your Elfster account using the correct email address and password. 

  Double-check that you're using the correct link to your exchange. 

  Sometimes, cached data can interfere with website functionality. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies.

 If none of the above solutions work, contact Elfster customer support for further assistance.  

 Problem: I Can't Find My Giftee's Wish List.

Solution 1:  Check Your Matching Notification:

  Ensure you have been matched with your giftee. You might need to refresh the page or check your email for confirmation. 

  The matching process may not be complete yet. Check your exchange settings for the matching deadline.

 If you're having trouble accessing your giftee's wish list after the matching deadline has passed, contact Elfster support.

Solution:  Use the "Forgot Password" Feature:

  Visit the Elfster login page and click on the "Forgot Password" link. 

  Enter your email address, and Elfster will send you instructions for resetting your password.

 Problem:  My Exchange Isn't Working as Expected. 

  Double-check the settings for your exchange, including deadlines, rules, and communication options.  

  Make sure you're using the latest version of Elfster. Update your browser or app if necessary.
