Updating Your Target Account Information
Keeping your Target account information up-to-date is crucial for a smooth shopping experience, ensuring your orders are delivered to the correct address and your contact details are accurate. Here's how to update your account information:
Updating Your Account Information
- Sign In to Your Account: Visit Target.com and log in to your Target account.
- Navigate to Account Settings: Look for the "Account" or "My Account" section usually located at the top of the page. Click on it to access your account settings.
- Select "Edit Profile": Find the "Profile" or "Edit Profile" option within your account settings. Click on it to view and edit your personal information.
- Update Your Details: You'll be able to edit various details, including:
- Name: Update your first and last name if needed.
- Email: Change your email address if you've switched to a new one.
- Password: Update your password for security purposes.
- Phone Number: Update your phone number for account-related notifications and communication.
- Address: Change your shipping address or billing address if you've moved or need to update your delivery information.
- Save Your Changes: Once you've made the necessary updates, click "Save" or "Save Changes" to apply your modifications. Your account information will be updated.
**Note:** You can also update your account details within the Target mobile app. You can manage your account information, including contact information, addresses, and payment methods, from the app's settings.
