Collaborating on a Kudoboard

Sometimes, the most meaningful expressions of appreciation come from a collective effort. Kudoboard allows you to create and build a shared Kudoboard with friends, family, colleagues, or anyone you want to involve, making it a powerful tool for gathering heartfelt contributions from multiple people.

Collaborating on a Kudoboard

  • Inviting Contributors:
  • Click "Share": Open the Kudoboard you want to share and click the "Share" button located near the top right corner of the screen.
  • Choose "Invite Contributors": Select the option to invite contributors to your Kudoboard.
  • Enter Email Addresses: Enter the email addresses of those you want to invite to collaborate on the Kudoboard.
  • Customization (Optional): Add a personalized message to your invitation to encourage participation.
  • Send Invitation: Click "Send" to send invitations to your contributors.
  • Receiving Contributions:
  • Notifications: Invited contributors will receive an email notification with a link to access the Kudoboard.
  • Adding Content: Contributors can click on the link and add their own messages, photos, videos, or links to the Kudoboard.
  • Viewing Contributions: You'll receive notifications as new content is added, and you can easily view all the contributions.
  • Managing Contributions:
  • Editing Permissions: You can control the editing permissions of contributors to determine if they can add content, change the design, or make other edits.
  • Reviewing and Approving: If you want to maintain control over the final design, you can review all the contributions before they are publicly visible on your Kudoboard.
  • Removing Contributions: If necessary, you can remove contributions that are inappropriate or do not fit the overall theme of your Kudoboard.
  • Collaborating on Design:
  • Shared Design: You can share editing permissions for design elements to allow contributors to help customize the theme, colors, background, and layout.
  • Creating a Unified Design: Work together with contributors to create a cohesive and visually appealing Kudoboard that represents the collective sentiment.
