Managing Your Account and Payment Information

Kudoboard makes it easy to manage your account settings, update your billing information, and control your subscription. This guide will walk you through the process of accessing and managing your account details.
Account Management
- Accessing Your Account:
- Click "Account": Navigate to the Kudoboard website and click on the "Account" link in the navigation menu.
- Sign In: If you aren't already logged in, enter your email address and password to access your account.
- Managing Account Details:
- Update Email: If you need to change your email address, navigate to the "Account" section and click "Edit Profile."
- Change Password: Click "Change Password" to update your account password.
- Managing Subscription:
- View Subscription Details: Go to the "Subscription" section to see your current plan details, including the plan type, billing cycle, and renewal date.
- Upgrade or Downgrade Plan: If you want to change your plan, select "Upgrade or Downgrade" and choose the plan that suits your needs.
- Cancel Subscription: If you decide to cancel your subscription, navigate to the "Cancel Subscription" section and follow the instructions.

- Access Billing Settings: Go to "Billing" to manage your payment information.
