  Fill out the contact form with your name, email address, company name, and a brief description of your needs.

 Once you submit the form, a Channeltivity representative will get in touch to discuss your requirements and guide you through the account creation process. They will help you select the right plan and features for your business.

 You will receive an email with instructions on how to activate your account and log in to Channeltivity. 

 Add users to your account, assign appropriate roles (e.g., Administrator, Manager, Partner), and set permissions for each user.

  Establish roles and responsibilities for your channel partners (e.g., Resellers, Distributors, VARs) and customize their access levels.

Creating Your First Channeltivity Account

Channeltivity's user roles are designed to provide a secure and efficient way to manage your channel partner program. By assigning roles to your users, you can control their access to specific functionalities and data within the platform.  The highest level of access within Channeltivity. Administrators have unlimited control over all aspects of the platform, including user management, partner management, settings, and reporting. They can create new accounts, set up partner programs, configure integrations, and manage all aspects of the platform. 

 Managers have a broad range of permissions, including access to partner information, performance reports, and the ability to create and manage co-marketing campaigns. They can also modify partner profiles, track their activities, and collaborate on marketing initiatives. However, they have limited access to the platform's settings and user management features.

 Partner roles are specifically designed for your external channel partners. Their primary focus is on accessing sales materials, marketing resources, and tracking their own performance metrics within the platform. They can also submit leads, manage their contacts, and receive updates on their commission payments.

 Channeltivity allows you to create custom roles tailored to your specific needs. This flexibility enables you to assign precise permissions based on the requirements of your team or partner.  You can customize permissions related to access to specific data, functionalities, and reports.
