Welcome to Jane App! Navigating the dashboard is key to managing your practice efficiently. This guide will help you get familiar with the dashboard so you can access all the essential features right away. Let’s dive into a few simple steps to get you started.
Step-by-Step: Navigating the Jane App Dashboard
- Log in to Your Jane App Account
- Open Jane App and log in using your email and password.
- If it's your first time, you may be prompted to set up your profile first.
- Locate the Dashboard Overview
- Once logged in, you'll be taken to the dashboard. This is your central hub for managing bookings, patient records, and more.
- On the left-hand side, you'll find the main navigation menu.
- Explore the Sidebar Menu
- The sidebar contains key sections like Schedule, Clients, Billing, and Reports.
- Click on any of these sections to view and manage the corresponding data.
- Check Your Schedule
- The main panel displays your schedule for the day.
- You can filter by date or view your entire week’s appointments.
- View Notifications and Messages
- At the top-right, you’ll find a notifications icon. Here, you can see updates on appointments, messages from clients, and any system alerts.
- Access Support and Settings
- Need help? Click the Help icon at the bottom left to access Jane App’s support resources.
- To adjust your account settings, click your profile icon in the upper right corner and select Settings.
