Resolving Account Access Problems:
- Step 1: Verify Login Information: Double-check that you are entering the correct email address or username and password. Incorrect login information is a frequent cause of access issues. Ensure caps lock is off and check for any typos.
- Step 2: Check for Caps Lock: Ensure that the Caps Lock key is not activated. Entering the wrong case for your username or password will result in an incorrect login. Review the case of letters and numbers to avoid typos.
- Step 3: Reset Your Password: If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" or "Reset Password" function on the EzFill login page. Follow the instructions to create a new password. Resetting the password is essential for regaining access.
