LucidLink Filespaces provide a seamless and efficient way to manage your files and folders. This guide will guide you through the key features and functionalities for managing your data within Filespaces. 

Once you've connected to your Filespace, you can manage your files and folders through your file explorer or any compatible application. Here are some key features:

 You can upload files to your Filespace by dragging and dropping them into the Filespace folder, using the "Upload" option in the LucidLink client, or by using the standard file transfer protocols like FTP or SFTP.

 Download files from your Filespace by right-clicking on the file and selecting the "Download" option, or simply copying and pasting the file to another location on your system. 

 Organize your files by creating new folders within your Filespace. You can use the right-click menu or standard folder creation options in your file explorer.

 Easily rename files and folders by right-clicking on them and selecting "Rename". 

  Delete files and folders from your Filespace by selecting the items and using the "Delete" option. 

  LucidLink allows you to share files and folders with others by inviting them to your Filespace. 

 If versioning is enabled for your Filespace, you can view the history of changes made to your files and even revert to earlier versions.

Manage Files and Folders

Filespaces are the core of LucidLink, providing a centralized location to store and access your data. This guide will walk you through the process of creating a new Filespace on your LucidLink account.

Follow these steps to create a new Filespace within your LucidLink account:

 Navigate to the "Filespaces" tab in your dashboard.

 Choose a name for your Filespace. Make sure it's descriptive and easily identifiable.

 Select the desired storage provider for your Filespace. LucidLink supports popular cloud storage providers like AWS S3 and Azure Blob Storage, as well as local storage options. 

 Configure the storage settings for your Filespace, including storage location, capacity, and any other relevant parameters.

 Optionally, set access permissions to control who can access and manage the Filespace.

 Click the "Create Filespace" button to create your new Filespace.

 The Filespace will be listed in your Filespace overview, ready for you to connect and start working with your files.

Create a New Filespace

LucidLink provides granular control over who can access and manage your Filespaces. This guide will explain how to set access permissions and manage user privileges within your Filespaces. 

You can define access permissions for your Filespaces to control who has access to your data. Here's how:

 The Filespace owner has full access and control over the Filespace. 

  You can invite additional users as collaborators to your Filespace. You can grant collaborators different levels of access:

 Go to the Filespace settings in your LucidLink dashboard.

 Select "Collaborators" or "Permissions" (depending on the interface). 

 Enter the email address of the user you want to invite.

 Select the desired access permissions for the collaborator.

 The invited user will receive an email notification. They can accept the invitation to join the Filespace and gain the specified access rights.
