Follow these simple steps to reset your Lively device:
How to Reset Your Lively Device:
- Turn off the device – Press and hold the power button until the device powers down.
- Remove the battery (if applicable) – For devices with removable batteries, take out the battery and wait for 10 seconds.
- Reinsert the battery – Place the battery back into the device and secure it.
- Turn the device back on – Press and hold the power button until the screen lights up.
- Perform a factory reset (if needed) – If a soft reset didn’t resolve the issue, go to the device’s settings:
- Open the Settings menu.
- Scroll down and select Reset or Factory Reset.
- Confirm the action to reset the device to its original settings.
Note: Performing a factory reset will erase all data on the device, so ensure you back up any important information before proceeding.
