Managing Your Order History on Bewakoof.com
Keeping track of your past purchases is easy with Bewakoof's convenient order history feature. You can access and manage your order history directly from your account.
Accessing Your Order History:
- Log in to Your Account: Visit the Bewakoof website and log in to your account using your email address and password.
- Go to "My Orders": Once you're logged in, navigate to the "My Orders" section. This is typically located under your account profile or in the main navigation menu.
- View Your Orders: Your order history will be displayed in a list form. Each order will show the following information:
- Order Number: A unique identification number for your order.
- Order Date: The date you placed the order.
- Order Status: The current status of your order (e.g., processing, shipped, delivered, returned).
- Items Ordered: A list of the items included in your order.
- Total Amount: The total amount you paid for the order.
Managing Your Past Orders:
- Track Order Status: Click on any order to view its specific details and track its progress.
- Reorder Items: If you want to purchase an item from a previous order again, you can easily reorder it by clicking on the "Reorder" button next to the item in your order history.
- Return or Exchange Items: If you need to initiate a return or exchange for an item you purchased earlier, manage the return or exchange process for your previous order from the "My Orders" section.
- Download Invoices: Access and download your invoices for previous orders.
By managing your order history, you can easily track your orders, reorder favorite items, and access important information related to past purchases.
