Your Pluralsight subscription grants you access to a vast library of courses and learning resources. Here's how you can manage your subscription and make the most of your learning experience.
Managing Your Subscription
- Viewing Your Current Plan: Log in to your Pluralsight account and click your profile icon in the top right corner. Select "Account Settings" and then click the "Subscription" tab. You'll see your active subscription plan details, including the type, renewal date, and available features.
- Upgrading to a Different Plan: If you want to access more features or a larger course library, you can upgrade your subscription plan from the "Subscription" tab in your Account Settings. Select the plan you want to switch to and follow the prompts to update your billing information.
- Downgrading Your Plan: If you decide that you don't need the features of your current plan, you can downgrade to a more basic subscription. Go to your "Subscription" tab in Account Settings, choose the plan you'd like to downgrade to, and follow the prompts. Keep in mind that downgrading may affect the features and courses available to you.
- Canceling Your Subscription: To cancel your subscription, go to your "Subscription" tab in Account Settings. You'll find a "Cancel" or "Unsubscribe" option. Follow the instructions provided to cancel your subscription and ensure that you understand the terms of cancellation.
- Updating Payment Information: To update your payment information (credit card details), click on the "Billing" tab in your Account Settings. Enter the updated information and save your changes.
- Viewing Past Invoices: You can view details of your past invoices by going to the "Billing" tab in your Account Settings. You can download or print your invoices for your records.
