Steps to Create Your First Project:
- Sign in to Your Deepgram Account
- Visit Deepgram's website and log in with your credentials. If you don’t have an account, click on "Sign Up" to create one.
- Navigate to the Dashboard
- Once logged in, you’ll be directed to the dashboard, where you can view your existing projects or create a new one.
- Create a New Project
- Click on the “+ New Project” button located at the top-right of the dashboard.
- Name Your Project
- Enter a descriptive name for your project that reflects the audio content you plan to transcribe.
- Upload Your Audio Files
- Click “Upload Files” and select the audio files you want to transcribe from your device. Deepgram supports a wide range of audio formats, including MP3, WAV, and FLAC.
- Select Your Language and Model
- Choose the language of your audio and the desired AI model. Deepgram offers various models optimized for different needs, including real-time transcription and enhanced accuracy.
- Configure Additional Settings
- Customize your project with additional settings like speaker detection, punctuation, and formatting preferences.
- Start Transcription
- After uploading your files and configuring your settings, click “Start Transcription.” Deepgram will process the audio and generate a transcription in seconds.
- Review and Download the Transcription
- Once transcription is complete, review the output directly in the dashboard. You can download the transcript in various formats like JSON, TXT, or SRT.
