Redeeming Your Discount Code
- Obtain Your Discount Code: You'll typically receive discount codes through various channels:
- Email promotions
- In-app notifications
- Social media campaigns
- Flyers or other promotional materials
- Open the Grubby App: Launch the Grubby app and either log in or continue as a guest, if this option is available.
- Browse and Select Your Items: Choose the food items you'd like to order.
- Proceed to Checkout: Once you've selected your items, proceed to the checkout screen.
- Locate the Discount Code Field: On the checkout screen, look for a field labeled "Discount Code," "Promo Code," or similar.
- Enter Your Code: Carefully enter the discount code exactly as it appears (including any capitalization or special characters).
- Apply the Code: After entering the code, look for an "Apply" or "Redeem" button to apply the discount to your order.
- Verify the Discount: Check your order summary to confirm that the discount has been correctly applied to your total before confirming your order.
Troubleshooting Discount Code Issues
- Incorrect Code: Double-check for any typos in your code. Ensure that caps lock is off, and verify that numbers and letters are correct.
- Expired Code: Discount codes often have expiration dates. Make sure your code is still valid.
- Code Already Used: Some codes are limited to one-time use per customer.
- Minimum Order Value: Some discount codes require a minimum order value to be applied. Check the conditions for your code before ordering.
- Specific Restaurant or Items: Some promotional codes might only be valid for certain restaurants or specific menu items. Refer to the terms and conditions of your code.
