Welcome to CloudLex - The Legal Cloud, your ultimate legal case management solution designed specifically for law firms. Setting up your profile is the first step towards streamlining your workflow and managing your cases more effectively. Follow the steps below to get started:

Steps to Set Up Your Profile

  1. Login to Your CloudLex Account
  • Open your web browser and navigate to  CloudLex .
  • Enter your credentials and click on Login.
  1. Access the Profile Settings
  • Once logged in, click on your User Icon at the top right corner of the dashboard.
  • Select Profile Settings from the dropdown menu.
  1. Update Your Personal Information
  • Fill in your Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and other essential details.
  • Ensure the information is accurate, as this will be used for communication and case management.
  1. Add Your Professional Details
  • Enter your Law Firm Name, Position, and Practice Areas to personalize your profile.
  • Specify any certifications or licenses relevant to your legal practice.
  1. Upload a Profile Picture
  • Click on the Upload Picture button to add a professional headshot.
  • This image will appear on your account and within the team’s workspace.
  1. Set Up Notification Preferences
  • Customize your Email and In-App Notification preferences.
  • Choose which types of alerts you would like to receive about case updates, deadlines, and tasks.
  1. Save Changes
  • Review all the information you’ve entered.
  • Click on Save to update your profile settings.
