Using Indigo Gift Cards
Indigo gift cards are a perfect way to give the gift of reading and discovery, or to treat yourself to a new book or a special item. Here's how to use your Indigo gift card for online and in-store purchases:
Redeeming Your Gift Card Online
- Checkout Process: When you're ready to checkout, select "Gift Card" as your payment method.
- Enter the Gift Card Number: Enter the 16-digit gift card number and PIN found on the back of your card.
- Apply the Gift Card: Click "Apply" to redeem the gift card balance towards your purchase.
- Remaining Balance: If you have a remaining balance, you can use it towards future purchases or use another payment method to cover the remaining amount.
Redeeming Your Gift Card in-Store
- Present your Gift Card: Give your gift card to the cashier at the checkout counter.
- Enter the PIN: If prompted, enter the 4-digit PIN found on the back of your card.
- Apply the Gift Card: The cashier will deduct the gift card balance from your purchase.
Checking Your Gift Card Balance
- Online Balance Check: You can check your gift card balance online by visiting the Indigo website and entering your gift card number and PIN.
- In-Store Balance Check: If you don't have access online, you can check your gift card balance at any Indigo store.
Gift Card Expiration
- Expiration Date: Indigo gift cards have an expiration date. You can find the expiration date on the back of your gift card.
- Check the Balance: Check the balance frequently to avoid any expiration.
