Managing Your Appointment Reminders

At Gameday Men's Health, we strive to make scheduling appointments as seamless and efficient as possible. Here's what you need to know about our scheduling process:

 Once you've booked an appointment, you'll receive an email confirmation with all the relevant details. Please review this email carefully.

 If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. You can cancel or reschedule online through our patient portal or by calling our office. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 We aim to see patients promptly as scheduled. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally lead to waiting times. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

 Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in and paperwork. Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling.

 In case of an emergency, please call our office immediately. We'll do our best to accommodate urgent needs and provide prompt care.

 We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards. You can also pay for your appointment at the time of service.
