Configuring Availability

In this article, you'll learn how to configure your availability on Cal.com. Setting up your availability correctly ensures that clients and colleagues can book appointments with you only during times you are free.
Steps to Configure Availability
- Step 1: Log into Your Account
Log into your Cal.com account and navigate to the dashboard.
- Step 2: Open Availability Settings
Click on the 'Settings' tab from the sidebar and select 'Availability'.
- Step 3: Set Your Working Hours
Define your regular working hours by selecting the start and end times for each day you are available.
- Step 4: Add Break Periods
If you have specific times when you're not available, such as lunch breaks or personal time, add these periods by clicking on 'Add Break'.
- Step 5: Configure Special Availability
If there are specific days or times you are available outside your regular hours, set these under 'Special Availability'.
- Step 6: Save Your Settings
After configuring your availability, make sure to save your changes by clicking the 'Save' button.
