Formatting Cells

  • Font Style and Size:
  • Select the cell(s) you want to format.
  • Use the font dropdown menu on the toolbar to choose a font style and size.
  • You can also use keyboard shortcuts like Ctrl+B (bold), Ctrl+I (italic), and Ctrl+U (underline).
  • Text Alignment:
  • Select the cell(s) you want to format.
  • Use the alignment buttons on the toolbar to align text to the left, center, or right.
  • You can also use the "Format" menu to access more alignment options.
  • Cell Color:
  • Select the cell(s) you want to format.
  • Use the "Fill Color" button on the toolbar to choose a background color for the selected cells.

  • Text Color:
