At Navlungo, we understand that managing your bookings efficiently is crucial for a seamless shipping experience. Whether you need to modify an existing shipment or cancel it, our platform provides you with the flexibility and tools to handle your bookings with ease. This article will guide you through the step-by-step process to effectively manage your bookings.

Accessing Your Bookings

To start managing your bookings, sign in to your Navlungo account. If you don’t have an account yet, you will need to create one first.

  • Visit the Navlungo website at
    www.navlungo.com
    and click on the 'Login' button at the top right corner.
  • Enter your login credentials to access your account dashboard.

Viewing Your Bookings

Once you’re logged in, navigate to the 'My Bookings' section on your dashboard. Here, you will find a comprehensive list of all your booked shipments.

  • Click on 'My Bookings' from the main menu.
  • You’ll see a list of your current and past bookings, along with status updates.
  • Select a booking to view its details, including tracking information and scheduled dates.

Modifying Your Booking

If you need to modify any details of your booking (such as pick-up or drop-off locations), you can do so easily.

  • Select the booking you wish to modify.
  • Look for the 'Edit' button, usually located next to the booking information.
  • Make the necessary changes to your booking (e.g., update addresses, change shipment details).
  • Review the changes and confirm by clicking on the 'Save' button.
  • A confirmation message will appear indicating that your changes have been saved.

Canceling Your Booking

If you need to cancel a booking, follow these steps:

  • Go to 'My Bookings' and choose the booking you wish to cancel.
  • Click on the 'Cancel' button.
  • You may be prompted to provide a reason for the cancellation; fill this out if required.
  • Confirm the cancellation. A confirmation notification will be displayed, and your booking will be marked as canceled.
