Accessing Your Order History
Want to revisit a past order or check out details about a previous purchase? Bespoke Post makes it easy to access your order history right from your account.
Viewing Your Order History
- Log in to Your Account: Visit the Bespoke Post website and click on "Log In" in the top right corner. Enter your email address and password to access your account.
- Navigate to Your Order History: Once logged in, click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select "My Account" from the dropdown menu. You'll find a section labeled "Order History".
- Browse Your Past Orders: Your order history will be displayed in chronological order, starting with your most recent purchase. Each order will show:
- Order Date: The date you placed your order.
- Order Number: A unique identifier for your order.
- Order Contents: A list of the items included in your order.
- Shipping Address: The shipping address used for your order.
- Order Status: Shows whether the order has been shipped, delivered, or is in progress.
- View Order Details: Click on any order number in your history to access detailed information, including:
- Order Summary: An overview of items ordered, quantities, and prices.
- Shipping Information: Tracking number, estimated delivery date, and shipping carrier.
- Billing Information: The payment method used for the order and associated billing address.
