Pausing or Canceling Your Subscription
Need a break from your Bespoke Post subscription? Whether you're going on a trip, taking a short pause, or simply want to change things up, we make it easy to manage your subscription.
Pausing Your Subscription
- Log in to Your Account: Visit the Bespoke Post website and click on "Log In" in the top right corner. Enter your email address and password to access your account.
- Navigate to Your Subscription Settings: Once logged in, click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select "My Account" from the dropdown menu. Click on the "Subscription" tab.
- Pause Your Subscription: You'll see a section that says "Pause Your Subscription". Click on the "Pause" button and choose the desired pause period (one month). You can also add a note to explain why you are pausing.
- Confirm Your Pause: Once you've selected your pause period, click on the "Confirm Pause" button.
Canceling Your Subscription
- Log in to Your Account: Follow the same steps as above to access your subscription settings.
- Cancel Your Subscription: Click on the "Cancel" button in the "Subscription" section.
- Confirmation: You will be asked to confirm your cancellation. Select "Confirm Cancellation" to finalize the process.
Important Notes
- Pause Period: Your subscription will be paused for the chosen period, and you will not be charged for any boxes during that time.
- Cancellation: Cancelling your subscription means you will no longer receive any further boxes. Any charges from your last box will still be processed before the cancellation takes effect.
- Refunds: While Bespoke Post offers a pause option, refunds for unused boxes are not typically available.
