Welcome to Clubspark! This guide will walk you through the essential steps for navigating the dashboard, ensuring you can easily manage your club’s activities, bookings, and members. Whether you're setting up events or tracking court availability, the Clubspark dashboard is designed for efficiency and ease of use.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Log in to your Clubspark account:
  • Navigate to  Clubspark  and click on the "Login" button in the top right corner.
  • Enter your username and password, and click "Sign In."
  1. Access the Dashboard:
  • Once logged in, you’ll be directed to the main dashboard.
  • This is your central hub for managing all club activities.
  1. Familiarize Yourself with the Main Sections:
  • Bookings: View and manage upcoming court reservations.
  • Members: Access your membership database to view or update member details.
  • Events: Create and manage club events or competitions.
  • Payments: Monitor and process club payments efficiently.
  1. Customize Your Dashboard:
  • Click on the gear icon in the top-right corner to customize which widgets and sections appear on your dashboard.
  • You can drag and drop different sections to prioritize the most important ones.
  1. Check Notifications:
  • On the top bar, you’ll find a notification bell icon. Click here to review recent updates or alerts related to your club’s bookings or memberships.
  1. Switch Between Clubs:
  • If you manage multiple clubs, you can switch between dashboards by clicking on the club name dropdown at the top of the page.
