Protecting your Juno account is a shared responsibility. If you notice any suspicious activity related to your account, it's important to report it immediately to help prevent potential fraud or unauthorized access.
How to Report Suspicious Activity
- Unusual Transactions: Keep an eye on your account activity and report any transactions you don't recognize or that seem out of the ordinary.
- Unauthorized Login Attempts: If you receive notifications about login attempts from unfamiliar devices or locations, contact Juno immediately.
- Phishing Attempts: Be cautious of emails, texts, or calls that try to trick you into providing personal information or clicking on suspicious links. Report any suspected phishing attempts to Juno.
- Suspicious Emails or Communications: If you receive any emails or communications that seem suspicious or that you're not expecting, do not click on any links or provide any personal information. Report the communication to Juno.
Juno has a dedicated team that investigates suspicious activity reports. By reporting any suspicious activity promptly, you help protect your account and ensure the security of the entire Juno community.
