Whether you're a small business or a large enterprise, setting up your payment methods is the first step toward smoother transactions. Follow this step-by-step guide to configure your preferred payment options and start accepting payments in no time!

Step-by-Step Guide to Setting Up Payment Methods

  1. Log in to Your PaymentCloud Account Navigate to  PaymentCloud  and enter your credentials to access your dashboard.
  2. Go to Payment Settings Once logged in, locate the "Payment Settings" option in the left-side menu and click on it.
  3. Select Payment Method Preferences In the Payment Settings section, choose from a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, ACH, and alternative payment gateways.
  4. Enter Payment Processor Information For each selected payment method, input the required information for your payment processor (such as API keys or merchant ID).
  5. Enable and Test Payment Method After entering the details, enable the payment method and run a test transaction to ensure everything is working correctly.
  6. Save Your Settings Once satisfied with the setup, click "Save" to apply changes.
  7. Monitor Transactions Start accepting payments! You can view all transaction activities from the "Payments Dashboard."
