Creating a New Team Space

To create a new team space, follow these simple steps:

  • Log into your Officely account.
  • Navigate to the 'Team Spaces' section from your dashboard.
  • Click on the 'Create New Space' button.
  • Fill in the details for the new team space, including its name, description, and purpose.
  • Assign team members to the space by selecting from your existing contacts or inviting new members.
  • Click 'Create' to finalize the new team space.

Managing Permissions and Roles

Once your team space is created, you can manage member permissions and roles to ensure proper collaboration. To do this:

  • Access the team space settings by clicking on the gear icon.
  • Under the 'Members' tab, view all current team members.
