  • Once logged in, click on ‘My Account’.
  • Select ‘My Orders’ from the dropdown menu to view your order history.
  1. Select the Order:
  • Find the order you wish to modify.
  • Click on ‘View Order’ to see the order details.
  1. Check the Order Status:
  • If the order is still ‘Processing’, it may be possible to make modifications.
  1. Contact Customer Service:
  • If the option is available, click on ‘Modify Order’, or contact customer service immediately via phone or email with your order number and requested changes.
  1. Confirm Changes:
  • Customer service will confirm if the changes are possible and will modify the order accordingly.

Steps to Cancel an Order:

  1. Log In and Access Orders:
  • Follow steps 1-3 as above to access the specific order.
  1. Check for Cancellation Option:
  • If the order is still in ‘Processing’ status, look for a ‘Cancel Order’ option.
  1. Click ‘Cancel Order’:
  • If available, click on it and confirm your decision in the pop-up window.
  1. Receive Confirmation:
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been cancelled.
  1. Refund Process:
  • If you’ve already been charged, the refund process will begin immediately.

Note:

Always ensure to check the order status before attempting to modify or cancel. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. In such cases, you can return the order after receiving it.
