Returns & Refunds Policy

Veho is committed to customer satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Unopened and Unused: Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in unused condition.
  • Within 30 Days: The return window is 30 days from the date you received your order.
  • Returned to Veho: Items must be returned to the Veho warehouse, or designated return address, following the return process provided.

Initiating a Return

1. **Contact Veho Support:** Reach out to Veho's customer support team via phone or email to initiate the return process. You'll be provided with return instructions and a return shipping label.

2. **Pack and Ship:** Securely repackage the item in its original packaging. Affix the pre-paid return shipping label provided to the package.

3. **Track Your Return:** Once your package is shipped, track its status using the provided tracking number.

Refunds

  • Full Refund: Veho will issue a full refund for eligible returned items. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exceptions

  • Custom Orders: Items that were customized or made to order are not eligible for returns.
  • Damaged Items: If you received a damaged item, contact Veho support immediately. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage for a prompt resolution.
