Keeping track of your order is easy with Veho's convenient online tracking system. You can stay informed about the status of your package every step of the way. 

 Upon placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.  

 Visit the Veho website and enter your tracking number in the designated field. You'll be presented with the latest updates on your order's status.

 Download the Veho app for your mobile device. This app provides real-time updates on your package's location and estimated delivery time.

 Once your order is placed, you'll receive a notification confirming its receipt.

 This indicates that your order is being prepared for shipment. 

 Your order has been picked up and is on its way to you. The tracking information will include the shipping carrier and your package's estimated delivery date.

  Your package is being delivered to the address you provided.

 Congratulations! Your order has been successfully delivered to the designated address.

Order Status & Tracking

Placing an order with Veho is easy and straightforward. Follow these simple steps to get your items shipped quickly and efficiently:

1. **Browse Our Selection:**  Visit the Veho website or use the Veho app to browse the wide range of products available for delivery. You can search by category, brand, or use the search bar to find specific items.

2. **Add Items to Your Cart:** Once you've found the items you want to purchase, click on the "Add to Cart" button. Continue browsing and adding items to your cart as needed.

3. **View Your Cart:** When you're ready to proceed with your order, click on the "Cart" icon to review the items in your cart. You can adjust quantities or remove unwanted items at this stage.

4. **Enter Your Delivery Address:**  Enter your complete delivery address, including the street number, city, state, zip code, and any specific delivery instructions.

5. **Choose a Shipping Option:** Select the shipping option that best suits your needs and delivery preferences (standard, express, or same-day, if available).

6. **Select a Payment Method:** Veho accepts a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets.

7. **Review and Confirm:** Carefully review your order details – including items, quantities, shipping address, payment method, and total order cost – before submitting your order.

8. **Submit Order:** Once you're satisfied with the details, click on the "Place Order" button to complete the checkout process. 

9. **Order Confirmation:** You will receive an email confirmation with your order details, including a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

How to Place an Order

Veho is committed to customer satisfaction.  If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

  Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in unused condition.

 The return window is 30 days from the date you received your order.

 Items must be returned to the Veho warehouse, or designated return address, following the return process provided.

1. **Contact Veho Support:** Reach out to Veho's customer support team via phone or email to initiate the return process. You'll be provided with return instructions and a return shipping label.

2. **Pack and Ship:** Securely repackage the item in its original packaging. Affix the  pre-paid return shipping label provided to the package.

3. **Track Your Return:**  Once your package is shipped, track its status using the provided tracking number. 

 Veho will issue a full refund for eligible returned items. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. 

 Items that were customized or made to order are not eligible for returns. 

 If you received a damaged item, contact Veho support immediately. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage for a prompt resolution.
