How to Return or Exchange an Item

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Return Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Start a Return or Exchange: You can easily begin a return or exchange process through our website:
  • Login to your account: If you have an account, log in to access your order details.
  • Access Order History: Find the order you wish to return or exchange and select the option "Return/Exchange."
  • Choose Reason: Select the reason for your return – size, style, or other.
  • Confirm Details: Review your return or exchange request and confirm your order details.
  • Package Your Return: Place the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including all original tags and labels.
  • Print Return Label: Your return label will be automatically generated and provided, which you can print and attach to the package.
  • Ship Your Return: Drop off your package at your nearest shipping carrier location.
  • Processing Your Return: Once your return is received and processed, you will receive an email confirmation and a refund (if applicable).
  • Exchanges: For exchanges, choose your desired size and style and provide the shipping information for the new order.

**Please Note:** You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
