Placing an Order

At Adelante Shoe Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your shoes, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. 

 You have 30 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return or exchange.

  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. 

  You can easily begin a return or exchange process through our website:

  Place the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including all original tags and labels.  

 Your return label will be automatically generated and provided, which you can print and attach to the package.

  Drop off your package at your nearest shipping carrier location.

 Once your return is received and processed, you will receive an email confirmation and a refund (if applicable).

 For exchanges, choose your desired size and style and provide the shipping information for the new order. 

**Please Note:** You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
