  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item.

Exchange Policy:

  • Return Shipping Label: Babylist will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label for eligible returns.
  • Packaging Instructions: You will receive detailed instructions on how to package and ship your returned item.

Exclusions:

  • Personalized Items: Please note that personalized items, such as engraved items or monogrammed items, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Used or Damaged Items: Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
