Welcome to Veriff! Your dashboard is designed to provide a clear overview of your verification processes and account settings. Whether you’re managing verifications or exploring features, this guide will help you navigate the dashboard effortlessly.

Step-by-Step Guide to Navigating the Veriff Dashboard:

  1. Log in to Your Veriff Account
  • Use your registered email and password to log in.
  • If you have two-factor authentication enabled, complete the verification process.
  1. Overview Section
  • Once logged in, you'll be directed to the main Overview page.
  • Here, you’ll find quick stats on the total verifications, pending requests, and approval rates.
  1. Verification Requests
  • Navigate to the Verification Requests tab to view a list of recent and pending verification submissions.
  • You can filter, sort, and search requests by status, date, or user.
  1. Analytics & Reports
  • The Analytics section provides insights into your verification performance, including approval rates and trends over time.
  • Generate detailed reports by selecting custom date ranges.
  1. Settings and Integrations
  • Access Settings to configure your account, notification preferences, and security settings.
  • Visit Integrations to explore and connect external tools or APIs with Veriff.
  1. Support & Help Center
  • At the top-right corner of the dashboard, find the Help Center link for quick access to resources and support.
  • If you need assistance, submit a ticket directly from the dashboard.
