Welcome to Veriff! In this guide, we’ll walk you through the basics of navigating Veriff's user interface, ensuring you can make the most out of its features for your identity verification needs.
Steps to Get Started:
- Dashboard Overview
- Upon logging in, you’ll be greeted with the Dashboard. Here, you can see an overview of recent verification activity, including statuses of ongoing and completed verifications.
- Navigating the Menu
- The Left-Side Menu is your primary navigation tool. From here, you can access:
- Verifications: View all identity verification requests.
- Reports: Generate detailed reports on verification processes.
- Settings: Customize your account preferences, team settings, and API keys.
- Verification Process Flow
- To initiate a new verification, click the "New Verification" button at the top-right corner. Follow the prompts to submit identity documents for review.
- Real-time Status Updates
- Keep track of ongoing verifications through the Status Panel, where you can see live updates for each request, whether it’s pending, completed, or requires additional action.
