Steps to Resolve Connectivity Issues
- Check Your Internet Connection
- Verify that you are connected to the internet. You can check this by opening a web browser and navigating to a familiar website.
- Restart Your Device
- Sometimes, simply restarting your computer or mobile device can solve connectivity issues.
- Update the ElevenLabs Application
- Ensure that you are using the latest version of the ElevenLabs Text Reader by checking for updates in your app store or on the ElevenLabs website.
- Disable VPNs and Proxies
- If you are using a VPN or proxy, try disabling it as these can sometimes interfere with the app's connection.
- Check Firewall and Security Software
- Your firewall or security software might be blocking the application. Make sure that ElevenLabs Text Reader is allowed through your firewall.
