Your Immersed subscription is key to accessing our suite of advanced features. This guide outlines how to manage your subscription, including changes and cancellations.
Steps to Manage Your Subscription
- Step 1 - Access Account Settings: After logging into your Immersed account, navigate to 'Account Settings' in the main menu.
- Step 2 - View Subscription Details: Your current plan details, billing date, and other subscription information can be found under the 'Subscription' section.
- Step 3 - Changing Plan: To change your plan, click on the 'Change Plan' button and select your preferred subscription. Follow the prompts to complete the process.
- Step 4 - Cancel Subscription: If you wish to cancel your subscription, click on the 'Cancel Subscription' button and follow the cancellation process.
- Step 5 - Billing Information: You can view and modify your billing information such as credit card details and billing address under the 'Billing' section.
- Step 6 - Renewal and Notifications: Subscriptions renew automatically. We send an invoice and a reminder before each billing cycle to your registered email address.
